Joni has been a dental hygienist for many years in the Twin Cities before moving up to Crosslake. On her days off Joni enjoys spending time with her husband, Greg, and beloved Pug, Zoie. She is also an avid gardener and spends many hours out in her garden making her yard into a flower oasis.

Nicol has been a Dental Hygienist for many years in northern Minnesota. She has two boys, two cats, and a German Short hair she loves dearly. In her free time she enjoys to hunt, fish, and Kayaking with her boyfriend Mike. She also enjoys a good puzzle! Nicol enjoys meeting new people and help you achieve that beautiful smile!

Arika grew up in Blue Earth alongside her mom, dad, and three siblings. As a triplet, family has always been at the center of her life. Every summer, she spent her weeks on the beautiful Upper Whitefish Chain, creating lifelong memories on the water and developing the love for the lakes area that she still carries today. She attended college in Mankato and is excited to graduate this May with her master’s degree in Advanced Dental Therapy. Her dedication to her education reflects her passion for helping others and making a positive impact in her patients’ lives.

When she’s not working or focused on school, Arika enjoys fishing, getting lost in a good book, and staying active through exercise. She is thrilled to begin this next chapter and is very excited to join the team at Crosslake Dental Center P.A., where she looks forward to serving the community she has long loved!

Kristi is one of our licensed dental assistants. She graduated with a diploma in dental assisting in 2015. Her favorite thing about being a dental assistant is getting to know the patients and helping them to feel comfortable.

Kristi was born, raised and still lives with her husband in the Crosby area. She has two adult sons and two granddaughters, Afton and Lindy. In her free time, she enjoys going for walks with her yellow lab, Ruby, and spending time with her friends and family.

Crystal is an adventurous spirit who finds joy in the great outdoors. She graduated with her dental assisting degree in 2023 from Central Lakes College. Whether she’s out hunting, drilling through the ice for a day of fishing, or gathered around a campfire under the stars, she’s happiest surrounded by nature. Family time is at the heart of everything she does. She loves sharing those quiet, beautiful moments with her husband and their loyal dog, Kong.

When she’s not exploring the wilderness, Crystal enjoys the simple pleasures of life: good company, fresh air, and the peace that comes from connecting with the world around her.

Brittany has worked in various healthcare roles since high school and is excited to be working at a small family practice. She is married to her husband Max and together they have 3 dogs. In her free time, she is an active member of a local animal shelter and is passionate about fostering and finding caring homes for dogs in the Brainerd Lakes area.

Kathryn originally moved to the beautiful Brainerd Lakes Area to soak in everything the region has to offer – from its peaceful waters to its close-knit community. What started as a simple change of scenery quickly turned into something more, as she fell in love with the area’s charm and decided to make it home. When she’s not enjoying lake life, Kathryn spends her free time exploring local thrift shops in search of hidden treasures, crocheting cozy handmade creations, and baking sweet treats to share with friends and family. She appreciates the simple joys in life and loves being part of a community that feels both welcoming and inspiring.
